I was referred by a co-worker quite awhile ago, was able to get my insurance quickly and at a great price. This year, I had issues with my vehicle that had to be sent to the mechanics and I was able to get help to change my insurance so I could use a rental vehicle, and now I have coverage for my new vehicle. I was able to get my insurance over my cell phone, and e-sign my docs and save my insurance card on my cell screen until I got to a printer. All within minutes. Am I giving a 5-star review for Murray Insurance because they are my friends? Absolutely! That is exactly what sets them apart from other typical insurance companies. They treat me like a person, not a client. For over 20 years, they have been part of the fabric of our family- through 5 houses, self-employed business, 20 years’ worth of vehicles, teen drivers, and all the changes that life brings. They preemptively recognize when I could save money by switching to another insurance company (as they represent many), never tire of my repeated questions every 6 months (what about rental cars?), and recognize my insurance needs before I do. While sometimes a lower cost may seem like a better deal- and they offer me that, they recognize and respect my choice when I want something covered more. I highly recommend Murray Insurance, and love having one thing I don’t have to worry about in the craziness of life! I know they will take care of me.
